If you do not call at your scheduled appointment, you would need to rebook your appointment at a more convenient time.
If, for any reason, Psychic Healings Direct cannot deliver your session, you will receive a full refund via the method of payment that was received.
Please be advised, you will not expect a refund if you don’t like what you hear, Psychic Healings Direct is a service-based provider, many variables can affect your reading and its interpretation - Readings are not an exact science.
If you are unhappy in any way, you should say with IMMEDIATELY so that any issues can be rectified appropriately and amicably at that time.
It is not acceptable to demand a refund after you have left a psychic reading based on accuracy, you are charged for time, not content.
It is not spiritual or responsible to suggest that you have been taken advantage of by being charged.
You should not book a reading if you feel you are attending in desperation, in poor finances or in poor mental health
If you choose to do so, you cannot later blame the psychic for any subsequent issues.
Privacy Rights for PSD
Clients are not permitted to record readings, consultations, or sessions without prior written consent.
Under UK law, individuals may record conversations they are part of for personal use.
However, your voice may still be considered personal data under Information Commissioner's Office guidelines, meaning any wider use (sharing, publishing, or distributing) could raise legal issues.
As a service provider, we reserve the right to refuse or stop a session if recording takes place without permission.
In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Any unauthorised sharing, editing, or misuse of recordings may result in further legal action.
Mental Wellbeing:
If at any point you are deemed as being vulnerable or you place a risk to yourself or others, Psychic Healings Direct may exercise the right to enforce a Duty Of Care Procedure.
You will also be asked your DOB and Time of birth before your reading or during your session with PHD.
This is mandatory as we do not complete readings for anyone under the age of 18
Finally, you should always accept responsibility for your own actions, judgement and free will.

Last-minute cancellations and no-shows are charged at the full rate.
However, I am happy to offer a telephone session in case of last-minute changes due to illness or travel disruption.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you must contact us 48 hours before your appointment.
Please note, If you cancel your reading you lose your payment, this also applies to any deposits paid.
Deposits are non-refundable
