Past life regression is based on the belief that we as human beings have many lives before this one and when we are reborn into this life, we may carry some of that past life with us. It involves a well-established and recognized form of hypnosis that ultimately gets the client into a deep meditative state, allowing the client to reach their subconscious mind and reach into mental images of the past. It will look into a person’s former lifetimes and recover memories, look at lessons and teachings from them.
